Role and Responsibilities: Ensure an efficient reception experience for Guests, including check-in/out and complete audit procedures, as required Managing and handling phone reservations & answering customers queries. Provide excellent service, build strong relationships, anticipate and exceed the guests expectations Take ownership of guests issues and take action to resolve them immediately To carry out cash handling procedures in accordance with Company Policy To undertake general office duties, including correspondence, emails, and filing, to ensure the smooth running of the reception area. To keep up to date with room prices and special offers to provide accurate information to guests.
