Job Title: Conference & Banqueting Waiter Reporting to: Director of Conference & Banqueting Job Description: As a Conference & Banqueting Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient running of the conference & banqueting department while maintaining agreed standards of customer service as well as setting up assigned function rooms, stations and tables Key Responsibilities Setting up assigned function rooms, stations and tables Retrieve and serve alcoholic, non-alcoholic and food orders to guest tables according to hotel specifications and group requirement, courteously and efficiently Take beverage orders and collect payments where specified Maintain cleanliness and condition of the work areas and equipment To carry out cash handling procedures in accordance with Company Policy. Adhere to strict Health & Safety standards to ensure well-being of guests and other team members.
