This person must create an exceptional climate of professional and personable service that creates memories by anticipating needs and exceeding expectations. About The Role Key Duties and Responsibilities To oversee the smooth running of all departments. To be responsible for all day-to-day queries, complaints, or problems that arise in the Business To ensure the highest level of customer care is always practiced. To assist with the training of employees where necessary. To liaise daily with Operations Manager to forecast business on a weekly basis and to plan accordingly. To assist and carry out training as required and to document the same. To ensure all back of house areas are clean at all times i.e. back hallways, staff canteen, changing rooms, and staff lifts and services areas. To attend the weekly heads of department meetings. To ensure that reasonable care is taken for the Health and Safety of yourself, other employees, guests, and any other persons on the premises. To observe all safety rules and procedures.
