Role Overview: Provide clients with expert financial guidance to achieve their goals. Engage with clients, assess their financial needs and risk tolerance, offer tailored recommendations, and foster enduring relationships. Collaborate closely with management, local offices, and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve targets for life, pension, and investment products by conducting comprehensive fact-finding sessions to identify and prioritize clients' financial planning needs.
- Evaluate clients' financial objectives, risk tolerance, and current financial status.
- Develop and present personalized financial plans encompassing protection, investment, and retirement strategies.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients through regular communication and reviews.
- Identify new business opportunities via client prospecting and collaboration with branch teams and other financial professionals.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Proactively pursue personal development to enhance sales, technical skills, and industry knowledge.
Education & Experience:
- Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Recognised qualification (e.g., QFA, CFP).
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in customer relationship management and business development, preferably with private clients.
- Demonstrated success in achieving commercial objectives, revenue growth, and sales excellence.
- Proven track record of maintaining high standards in risk management and compliance.
- Degree in a relevant business discipline is advantageous.
