My client is a General Insurance Broker based in Donegal and they are seeking an New Business Account Executive to join their Personal Lines team. The primary responsibilities of this position include managing inbound calls, offering new business quotes to prospective clients, and initiating outbound calls to individuals who have received online quotes. Additionally, you'll undergo comprehensive training to efficiently handle renewal processes. To qualify for this position, holding an APA qualification or actively pursuing one is preferred. You should also demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service and showcase outstanding communication skills. In return, youll receive a base salary of up to €36K, depending on experience. There are numerous avenues for additional earnings, including performance-based incentives such as a trimester bonus of €750 and an end-of-year bonus of €750 if all trimester bonuses are achieved. Youll also have the opportunity to earn commission for selling additional services such as breakdown assistance.
