Cloud Support Associate (CSA)는 AWS 서비스를 사용하는 고객을 대상으로 장애에 대한 troubleshooting 및 general guidance 등의 기술지원을 수행합니다. CSA는 소속된 Profile에 따라 다수의 AWS 서비스를 지원합니다. Profile은 다음과 같이 분류되어 있습니다.

1. Computing (Linux/Windows)
2. Networking, Security
3. Storage & Contents Delivery Network
4. Deployment
5. Developer & Mobile Services (Serverless, Web Mobile, IoT)
6. Database, Analytics, Big Data

채용 프로세스 진행 시에는 후보자분께서 지금까지 경험하신 배경, 기술적 스킬 등을 검토하여 개인별로 담당분야를 정하게 됩니다. 입사후에는 다양한 기술분야를 학습하실 수 있는 On-Boarding 기간을 갖게 됩니다.

· 고객을 위한 AWS 서비스 개선사항에 대해 사내 AWS 팀에 피드백 제공
· 지원 관련 프로세스 및 고객의 기술지원 경험을 개선하는 프로젝트 추진
· AWS의 고객 커뮤니티에 Tutorial 및 기술 관련 기사 투고
· 여러 AWS 서비스에 걸친 매우 복잡하고 중요한 고객문제에 대한 대응

- 6+ months of network and operating system support experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent, or 6+ months of technical support experience
