Senior Site Manager We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager 7+ years experience to join our client and take the lead role on a challenging large-scale residential development comprising houses, duplexes, and apartments in Mullingar, Co.

This significant project is commencing in early 2026 with a multi-year duration.

As the Senior Site Manager, you will have full responsibility for the construction and management of the site, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery from groundworks through to full completion and handover on a phased basis.

This role offers excellent career prospects within a growing company, with hands-on leadership on a major residential scheme involving coordination with trade contractors, the design team, and senior management.

Duties: Full responsibility for on-site construction and management, ensuring safe and efficient project delivery; Supervising all building works from groundworks and ground improvement through to completion and handover of units, including site development works; Managing and coordinating all trade contractors on a multi-disciplinary site team; Maintaining high standards of health & safety, quality control, and adherence to a challenging building programme; Liaising with the project Design Team and senior management; Overseeing construction using various methodologies including RC, Timber Frame, and Traditional block build; Operating on own initiative while leading the site team effectively Knowledge/Skills/Qualifications: 7+ years site or industry experience in a similar Senior Site Manager capacity; Proven experience in the Irish Residential Construction Industry Strong communication skills, excellent people management, and client liaison abilities; Excellent managerial skills, time management, and ability to prioritise workload; Proven ability to manage tight building programmes and multi-disciplinary teams; Experience in various construction methodologies (RC, Timber Frame, Traditional block build); Proven experience in groundworks and ground improvement; Strong IT skills; Career-minded, energetic, enthusiastic, and able to work on own initiative; Excellent references and track record.
