Overview
We're seeking a driven and motivated individual to join our team as a Personal Lines Sales Advisor for Total Talent in Galway, County Galway, Ireland. This role offers the opportunity to work in a goal-oriented environment with a highly competitive salary and commission structure.
Responsibilities
Engaging with new and existing clients to build and maintain strong relationships
Spotting cross-selling opportunities and scheduling follow-up communications to drive future sales
Contributing to a performance-focused team while delivering outstanding customer service
Previous experience in insurance is advantageous
What We're Looking For
Background in insurance brokering or related fields is preferred
APA Personal General Insurance or CIP qualification is desirable but not mandatory
Strong verbal communication and phone etiquette
Solid computer and IT proficiency
Proven success in a sales-focused and results-driven environment
Positive, self-motivated, and adaptable attitude with a professional approach
