Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager/Business Partner to lead our people strategy and support our operational excellence. This is an on-site role.

Responsibilities

As HR Manager, you will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for driving employee engagement, managing day-to-day HR operations, and fostering a positive workplace culture. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Requirements / About The Role

Proven experience as a HRBP or HR Manager, ideally in a hotel or hospitality environment.

Strong background in employee relations and HR collaborations with operational teams.

5 Years HR Manager or HRBP Experience in a hospitality background.
