Temporary Administrator/Receptionist New

Our client, a portable building manufacture based in Navan, Co Meath are seeking a receptionist/administrator to join their team.
- Full-time
- Temporary role 3month contract
Key Responsibilities
· To support the functions of the Navan office including office administration, phones, meeting room allocation and general management of the office,
· Organising office administration and office stationary purchasing
· Assist with the organisation of travel, accommodation and festival registrations
· Offer any administration and organisational support to the Executive Management team as needed (including general administration, event organisation, reservations and bookings, data entry, and data collection).
· Customer Service- Greet Stakeholders in a positive and friendly manner- directing to the correct office, Answering Phones, etc
· Assist individuals with queries and complaints in a timely manner
· Assist with Security(Issuing of keys, etc)
· Assist with Onboarding of new employees and staff events
· Assist with in-person meetings in Dublin office
· To coordinate and collaborate with other teams
· To stay abreast of the funding and services available to ensure accurate information in dealing with stakeholder queries
· Creating reports for management when required
· Other duties as required by the business needs

- IT Literacy - Excellent computer package proficiency including Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, and Power-point. Open to new technologies and platforms
Desirable
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong project management, organisation and time-keeping skills
- Demonstrates professionalism
