Senior Product Manager / SME Private Assets (Real Estate Fund Administration) We are seeking experienced professionals for roles within our Private Assets Real Estate Fund Administration team. These positions sit within Product Management, with a focus on subject matter expertise (SME) in Real Estate Fund Administration, alongside deep hands-on knowledge of the associated platforms including Yardi (Investment Management, Payscan, Loan, and Fixed Assets modules) & experience with Investran is also desirable. You will play a critical role in shaping product strategy, designing operating models, and leading the implementation of solutions aligned with client needs and industry trends. Responsibilities include Product Strategy & Roadmap a. Drive the strategic roadmap for Private Assets Real Estate Fund Administration. b. Identify market trends and client needs to inform product direction and evolution. c. Build and enhance the product management function for Private Assets Real Estate Sales & Business Development Support a. Support commercial efforts by providing subject matter expertise during client pitches, RFPs, due diligence sessions, and contract negotiations. Client Engagement & Solution Design a. Partner with clients to understand complex requirements and develop tailored solutions. b. Design operating models that enhance fund administration effectiveness. c. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Product, Service Delivery, IT, Business Management) to implement end-to-end solutions. Operational Model Design a. Build scalable, efficient, and client-centric operating models for fund administration services. b. Work with technology and delivery teams to translate product requirements into practical solutions. Experience 10+ years of experience in Fund Administration, Securities Services, and Private Assets. Proven expertise in Real Estate Fund Administration is essential. Deep understanding of private asset classes, including: Real Estate, Infrastructure and / or Private Equity Strong grasp of fund administration products, especially in a private assets context. In-depth knowledge of technology platforms supporting Fund Admin / Fund Accounting: including Yardi (Investment Management, Payscan, Loan, and Fixed Asset modules) and/or Investran (beneficial) 5.- Familiarity with integration, data flows, and reporting across fund platforms. 6.- Recognized SME in Real Estate Fund Admin, able to command credibility with internal teams and external clients. 7.- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with a solution-oriented mindset. 8.- Demonstrated ability to work across strategy, operations, and technology teams.
