ABOUT OUR AGENCY

Our agency first opened in 1995, but my journey with State Farm goes back even further. I began as an agent in 1981, transitioned into management for a number of years, and then returned to agency ownership in 1995. Today, I’m proud to lead a team of five who share the same commitment to integrity and community that has guided my career for decades.

We’re deeply involved in our community and honored to have been named the best insurance agency in the area multiple times. I’m active with the Chamber of Commerce, serve on the Board of Directors for BSCA, and proudly support causes such as Scamp for special needs children, March of Dimes, MS, Little League, St. Jude, and Tunnel to Towers.

Our office culture is low-key, family oriented, and built on honesty with our customers. We want every person who walks through the door to feel comfortable and cared for. ROLE DESCRIPTION

As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Larry Lukovich - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.

- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.

- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.

- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.

- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensation $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
