We are currently recruiting for a Food & Beverage Duty Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a genuine love for all aspects of food & beverage & a natural flair & ease engaging with guests. They must be someone who exudes a passion for service experiences and shows genuine heartfelt care for both our guests & our team. Attention to detail & a desire to strive for excellence on a daily basis is paramount to the success of this role. Our Food & Beverage Duty Manager will be predominantly "on the floor" supporting & overseeing the team across our various food & beverage outlets. Guest engagement will play a very significant part in this role. As a Food and Beverage Duty Manager, you will be responsible for; - Supporting & overseeing the daily food & beverage operation - Assisting our team in developing lasting relationships with our guests to ensure they leave feeling pampered and longing to return. - Demonstrating leadership by inspiring your team to accomplish daily goals and targets and developing their skills in an ultra-luxury environment. - Ensuring our colleagues are nurtured and challenged within their roles to ensure peak performance. - Continually developing the product and the guest service proposition at Adare Manor to ensure it is positioned as a market leader. - Ensuring a highly effective operation to create and deliver Beyond Everything experience.
