Branch Assistant

This role will be based in Tullamore, Co. Offaly, and will report to the Branch Manager.

• Provide top-quality, fast, efficient, and friendly service at all times.
• Build trusting relationships with our customers and provide excellent service and advice.
• Have a keen interest in and understanding of our product range and services.
• Be responsible for branch operations.
• Ensure that the shop, yard, and work environment are clean and well maintained at all times.
• Be able to work in the shop and store yard as and when needed.

• A friendly outgoing personality, excellent customer service skills, and ambition to deliver beyond customers' expectations.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent teamwork skills as well as the ability to work on one's own initiative.
• Ability to multitask and to consistently deliver high standard quality work in a busy environment.
