Our Client Our client is a highly regarded and fast-growing professional services firm with a strong presence in Ireland and internationally. They are known for their innovative and client-focused approach, with a dynamic and expanding tax team based in Dublin.

You’ll be encouraged to lead client engagements, mentor junior staff, and influence the strategic direction of the tax practice.
Who should apply? This role is ideal for experienced tax professionals seeking to make an impact in a growing firm:
CTA qualified (with ACA/ACCA an advantage)
5+ years’ post-qualification experience in corporate tax, preferably in a practice environment
Strong technical knowledge of Irish tax legislation
Proven ability to lead projects and develop junior team members
Commercially minded with excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills
Role and Reporting Lines Reporting directly to the Tax Director, you will be a key member of the senior tax team:
Client Portfolio Management – Oversee a portfolio of corporate tax clients, ensuring compliance and quality of service
Advisory Projects – Lead on complex tax advisory and structuring assignments
Leadership – Mentor, train, and develop junior tax team members
Strategic Growth – Identify and pursue business development opportunities
Technical Guidance – Provide in-depth tax technical support to clients and internal teams
Client Relationships – Build and maintain strong client relationships across various industries
Cross-functional Collaboration – Work with colleagues across departments including audit and corporate finance
Process Improvement – Support continuous improvement across internal tax processes
