The Role: As a Warehouse Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring the team meets productivity targets, and maintaining safety and quality standards. You’ll play a key role in organizing workflows, solving problems, and fostering a collaborative team culture.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of warehouse operatives.
Organize and allocate tasks to ensure efficient workflows.
Monitor and maintain stock accuracy through inventory checks.
Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Train, coach, and support team members to reach their potential.
Act as the first point of contact for operational queries or issues.
Collaborate with management to improve processes and meet performance targets.
What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in a warehouse environment, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve goals.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control processes.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work shifts as required.
