A working knowledge of Irish Planning, Building Regulations, and Building Control Legislation would be desirable for candidates applying for this role as strong design, technical, and construction knowledge is a key aspect of this role, combined with detailing, design development, and tender pack assembly and coordination. Furthermore, in-depth knowledge of the Statutory Consent processes (Planning, FSCA, DAC), current Building Regulations, a degree of competence in BIM/Revit, and the BC(A)R process is essential.
The successful applicant will be a member of the CSA Department and have strong design and technical experience in addition to excellent communication skills, with the ability to help manage projects through all stages. Finally, the right applicant shall gain a detailed understanding of the Pharmaceutical Environment in Ireland and abroad and work within a team environment to deliver high-value projects for major Pharma clients.
1. Accepted degrees: Ideal candidates will be studying a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Technology.
Qualifications & Experience:
1. You will be graduating in 2025 or have recently graduated with at least a 2:2 in a relevant Bachelor’s or Master's degree.
2. You will demonstrate typical Arcadian skills including Resilience, Creativity, Analytical Thinking, and being a Team Player.
3. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to use your technical knowledge to influence and consult stakeholders.
4. Willing to travel and stay away from home when required (where possible we embrace virtual working).
We can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best. We believe everyone's contribution matters. It’s why we are pioneering a skills-based approach, where you can harness your unique experience and expertise to carve your career path and maximize the impact we can make together.
You’ll do meaningful work, and no matter what role, you’ll be helping to deliver sustainable solutions for a more prosperous planet. Make your mark, on your career, your colleagues, your clients, your life, and the world around you.
Together, we can create a lasting legacy.
