Head of Services

CPL Healthcare is thrilled to share that we’ve teamed up with an incredible charity making a real difference in the lives of children and families across the community.

We’re now searching for an inspiring Head of Services to join this mission-driven organisation. This is a full-time, remote role that offers a flexible schedule and the chance to get out and about with occasional travel. You’ll play a key part in supporting services across Dublin, the Midlands, Midwest, Louth, and Meath—no two days will be the same.

What My Client is Looking for:

- CORU registration as a Social Care Worker (or working towards it)
- At least 5 years’ senior management experience in a social care setting
- A strong understanding of Tusla, HSE, CORU legislation, and national standards
- Excellent communication skills and confidence with IT
