Business Development Executive (SaaS)
My Client is a pioneering SaaS company committed to empowering organisations worldwide to create more accessible and inclusive environments. Our solutions help companies measure, improve, and communicate their accessibility standards, aligning with ESG and DEI goals.
About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive with a proven track record in selling SaaS solutions to Facilities Management (FM) companies and large enterprises with multiple building locations. This role requires a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and has the ability to engage and influence C-suite executives. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence, developing key relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales Execution
Identify and target new business opportunities within Facilities Management companies
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to generate leads, build pipelines, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
Drive full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, including contract negotiation and pricing discussions.
Effectively communicate Mobility Mojo’s value proposition and how it aligns with potential clients’ DEI, ESG, and accessibility goals.
Relationship Management & Client Engagement
Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives, facility managers, and procurement teams.
Work closely with existing partners to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
Represent Mobility Mojo at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand brand awareness and credibility.
Market & Competitor Intelligence
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine sales strategies.
Identify trends and opportunities within the accessibility, ESG, and FM sectors to position Mobility Mojo effectively.
Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to refine messaging, features, and go-to-market strategies.
CRM & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and revenue forecasts using CRM tools.
Provide regular reports on progress, market trends, and sales performance to leadership.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, business development, or enterprise sales.
Proven success in selling to Facilities Management companies or large corporations with multiple properties and locations.
Demonstrated ability to sell to C-suite executives and senior decision-makers.
Strong understanding of sales cycles in enterprise SaaS and ability to manage complex, consultative sales processes.
Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-growing company.
Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and data-driven decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience selling in the DEI/ESG/Sustainability/Accessibility space.
Knowledge of procurement processes within large enterprises.
Strong network within Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, or Workplace Solutions sectors.
International sales experience is a plus.
