Job Title Joinery Foreman Job Location Co. Donegal (ROI Travel) Project Retail The Role Co-ordinating and managing all direct labour, subcontractors, and trades. Ensuring all subcontractors, trades and labour have adequate resources to complete works according to a tight schedule Managing health and safety delivery on site Ensuring work is carried out to the highest of standards Facilitate mandatory safety toolbox talk meetings. Ensuring that plant and equipment checks are carried out on site as required. Assigning crew tasks and resolving issues between crew members. Overseeing the execution of the work, including quality and production, ensuring that the crew works to job specifications following all plans. nspecting and measuring completed work. Maintaining site foremans log & site reports. Reporting on work progress as and when requested. Establish and promote best quality practice. Requirements Experience in a similar role Joinery background Experience in the retail sector is advantageous Extensive experience in effective management of sub-contractors Excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills PC Skills Skills: Joinery Fit out Supervision
