We have a fantastic opportunity for a Conveyancing Solicitor to join a boutique law firm in the southeast of Ireland. Their dedicated and talented team is seeking a confident and ambitious Solicitor with client-focused mindset to advise clients on all aspects on conveyancing.
Responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing transactions involving the sale and purchase of residential, commercial, and investment properties.
- Facilitating and advise on financing arrangements for property transactions and developments.
- Providing legal counsel on property investment and joint venture arrangements.
- Managing commercial leasing agreements and related landlord and tenant matters.
- Advising on and managing private residential tenancy agreements and related issues.
Ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive approach and problem solving skills.
- Strong organisational and attention to detail.
- The ability to work in teams as well as independently.

Our client, a leading data, technology and engineering business, is seeking an interim Legal & Compliance Lead to provide pragmatic and commercially focused legal support. This broad role will cover employment law, compliance, corporate governance and regulatory matters across Ireland, the EU and other European jurisdictions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Advising on compliance across employment, tax, construction, anti-bribery and data protection
- Partnering with HR on employment lifecycle issues including investigations, employee relations, terminations and policy development
- Supporting corporate governance, statutory filings, incorporations and company secretarial matters
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts
- Overseeing disputes, claims and litigation in multiple jurisdictions
- Providing GDPR and data privacy advice, particularly on employee data and cross-border operations
Ideal candidate will have:
- 5–7 years’ PQE, ideally gained in-house or in a top-tier law firm
- Strong Irish employment law expertise with experience advising across European jurisdictions
