Our client, is a busy general practice law firm based in Dublin 3 looking for a General Practice Solicitor. They have instructed Link Personnel to source a qualified Solicitor with 2+years PQE to join their firm on a permanent basis. This role has a great salary with good autonomy. The main areas of practice would be residential conveyancing, probate and wills, personal injury litigation and other general practice areas.

Salary:Depending on experience

The Role:

- Running a full portfolio of clients as well as managing any new incoming clients.
- Maintain conveyancing files from instruction to completion for the sale and purchase of properties, mortgage of properties and mortgage switches.
- Draft wills and advise on any tax issues that may arise when estate planning.
- Run probate files from instruction to completion.
- Some litigation cases, mostly personal injury litigation, prior litigation experience isn't essential for this role.

Experience:

- 2years'+ PQE
- Strong Conveyancing experience is essential
- Well able to work away independently
- Good organisational skills
- Friendly manner
