Deputy Home Manager

We are currently accepting CVs from experienced Social Care Professionals who wish to work as a Deputy Home Manager in a children's residential service in Garristown, Dublin.

Successful candidate will manage the home in accordance with its Statement of Purpose and ensure the maintenance of a safe and caring environment in accordance with relevant childcare legislation, national standards and our clients' Policies and Procedures.

The ideal candidate will have:

· A qualification in Social Care or relevant at minimum QQI Level 7

· At least 3 years relevant experience working in children’s residential care (2 years must be at team leader level)

· Flexibility to work shifts if required.

· Up to date knowledge of legislation surrounding Residential Childcare and Safeguarding

· Experience of multi-disciplinary working with a range of professionals in the industry

· Ability to deliver reports and meet deadlines.

· Full driving licence and business insurance

· Flexible approach to meet business needs.
