Jo Malone London is a celebrated British fragrance house known for its elegantly simple scents with unexpected twists. From iconic colognes to luxurious bath, body and home products, each item tells a unique story. And we want you to help share that story with our customers.
Create exceptional customer experiences with warm, tailored recommendations

Help customers find the perfect gift or signature scent

Support festive in-store events, visual merchandising and store presentation

Work as a team to achieve sales targets

Assist with stock deliveries, replenishment and back-of-house organisation

Flexible availability during peak Christmas weeks
Retail or customer service experience is a plus – enthusiasm is essential
