Overview

Legal Counsel – Corporate/Commercial – Dublin, Ireland. We are working with a leading business in Ireland looking to appoint an experienced and commercially minded Legal Counsel to join its high-performing team in Dublin. This is a varied role supporting strategic and operational areas of the business. You will advise on a wide range of commercial and corporate matters, including drafting and negotiating complex agreements, and will provide input on M&A and joint ventures, as well as support on corporate governance, regulation and compliance.

Responsibilities

- Advise on a wide range of commercial and corporate matters, including drafting and negotiating complex agreements.
- Provide input on M&A and joint ventures.
- Support corporate governance, regulation and compliance.
- Draft and review agreements including leases, shareholder agreements, service contracts, and T&Cs.
- Advise clients on governance, structuring, capital raising, and risk.
- Lead or support on governance and risk-related activities.

Qualifications

- At least 2-4 years’ PQE with a strong grounding in corporate/commercial law.
- Qualified in Ireland with top tier or international law firm experience.
- A collaborative approach and sound commercial judgment.
- The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
