Your New Company As a Senior Architectural Technologist, you will be joining a well-established design studio in Dublin with a strong reputation for delivering high-end commercial and residential projects. Your New Role In this role, you will work across a diverse portfolio of projects, reporting directly to the Project Director. You'll be responsible for producing detailed technical drawings, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and ensuring compliance with building regulations. You'll manage the technical delivery of projects, conduct site inspections, and support the design team with technical problem-solving. This is a hands-on role with real responsibility and scope for progression. Job Requirements You should have a recognised qualification in Architectural Technology, Architecture, or Interior Architecture, with a minimum of 7 years' post-graduate experience. You'll need a strong portfolio demonstrating experience in delivering tender and construction packages for commercial, hospitality, and residential projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential, with Revit and BIM experience considered a distinct advantage. You should have excellent knowledge of Irish/UK building regulations, strong communication and organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
