Cpl Healthcare is currently recruiting experienced Healthcare Assistants for full time positions with a well-established nursing home in North Dublin. Our client is a well renowned Nursing Home Group. We can only recruit experienced candidates who hold an EU passport in lines with the 50/50 rule.
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting residents with their daily needs, promoting dignity, independence, and overall well-being. You’ll be part of a team that values kindness, respect, and professionalism in every aspect of care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities
- Support residents with mobility, meals, and hygiene
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ health or behaviour
- Maintain accurate records and follow care plans
- Foster a warm, safe, and welcoming environment
- Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals
Requirements
- EU passport (essential for employment eligibility)
- QQI Level 5 Healthcare Support (or equivalent) – modules in Care Skills and Care of the Older Person preferred
- Previous experience in a healthcare or elderly care setting is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Genuine passion for caring for older people
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
