About the Role

We are seeking 2 Data Validation Engineers to support system and data integrity initiatives at a leading Life Sciences company. The successful candidates will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, quality, and compliance of data across validated IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute data/system validation plans across IT platforms.
- Validate and test systems to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and regulatory compliance (GxP, FDA, EMA).
- Work with stakeholders to ensure validated data is fit for business-critical decision-making.
- Manage validation deliverables using Jira, Veeva Vault, Oracle, SQL Server.
- Contribute to data migration, data integrity, and data lifecycle projects.
- Provide validation evidence and reports for audits/inspections.

Technical Requirements

- Strong background in IT system/data validation.
- Hands-on experience with SQL (Oracle/SQL Server), data queries, and reporting.
- Familiarity with data integrity controls, data lifecycle, and data management best practices.
- Experience with SDLC frameworks and software validation methodologies.
- Tools knowledge: Veeva Vault, Jira, Oracle.

Soft Skills

- Analytical, detail-oriented, and methodical problem solver.
- Strong communication skills to explain validation results to both technical and business teams.
- Collaborative mindset – ability to partner across IT, Quality, and Business functions.

Industry Experience

- Previous experience in Life Sciences / Pharma / Biotech is required.
