My client are a real estate consultancy are looking for a Project Manager / Design Manager to join their Dublin team. The role would suit an Architectural technician or Interior Designer looking to work more as a Project Manager. The role would be based in Dublin 2 turning into a Hybrid opportunity after successful completion of probationary period.

They are looking for a Project Manager to join their dynamic team working across three core streams: Building Surveying, Project Management, and Interior Design. You/'ll be an integral part of a team of Project Managers, contributing to a diverse portfolio of projects. This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented individual eager to lead projects from initial consultation through to successful completion within a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Leading and managing both single and multiple fit-out projects from the consultation phase through to final completion.

Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Coordinating effectively with various stakeholders, including clients, design teams, contractors, and internal departments.

Developing and maintaining detailed project schedules and plans.

Monitoring project progress, identifying potential risks, and implementing solutions to keep projects on track.

Managing project documentation and ensuring clear communication across all project phases.

What You/'ll Bring

A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or Architectural Technician.

Demonstrable experience in fit-out projects , including successfully leading projects from inception to completion.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Project , and AutoCAD .

A strong background in project management within the real estate or construction industry .

Exceptional attention to detail , robust communication skills (written and verbal), and excellent time management abilities .

A Degree in Project Management is advantageous, or you should be actively pursuing such a qualification.
