The Total Rewards Manager plays a key role in shaping EFG’s total rewards strategy, ensuring that compensation and benefits programs are competitive, equitable, and aligned with business objectives. This role will drive compensation structures, incentive plans, pay equity, and benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate top talent globally.

Working closely with HR leadership, Finance, People Analytics, and external vendors, this position will oversee market benchmarking, compliance, and innovative rewards programs that enhance the employee experience. The Total Rewards Manager will also provide guidance on executive compensation, manage salary reviews and incentive plans, while ensuring compliance with global and regional regulations.

The ideal candidate will be based in the CET time zone (+/- 1 hour). This position reports directly to our Head of People Products.

What You’ll Do:

- Compensation Strategy & Execution: Support in the development and implementation of base salary structures, incentive plans, and total rewards strategies aligned with business goals (including policy and process development). Lead annual compensation planning cycles, including merit and bonus programs.

- Market Benchmarking & Pay Equity: Conduct salary benchmarking and pay equity analysis to maintain competitive and fair compensation practices.

- Job Architecture & Evaluation: Manage annual salary review cycles, maintain job classification systems and ensure consistency in leveling and titling. Conduct job evaluations and provide guidance on internal equity and external competitiveness.

- Short & Long-Term Incentives: Design and administer bonus structures, commission plans, and equity-based rewards to drive performance and retention.

- Global Benefits & Well-Being Programs: Partner with HR and external benchmarking providers to design competitive health, retirement, and well-being benefits. Manage and evaluate relationships with benefits vendors, brokers, and third-party administrators. Support annual renewals of benefit and well-being programs.

- Employee Experience & Support: Respond to employee pay data requests. Support with open enrollment and ensure timely and accurate communication of benefit changes and programs.

- HR Compliance & Governance: Ensure all compensation and benefits programs comply with regional regulations (FLSA, pay transparency laws, ERISA, COBRA, etc.), tax regulations, and internal policies.

- People Analytics & Compensation Insights: Use data-driven insights and technology to track compensation trends and optimize rewards programs. Support audit and reporting requirements.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HRBPs, Finance, and Talent teams to align rewards strategies with business needs.

- Executive & Leadership Compensation: Provide support for executive pay benchmarking and LTIP plans.

- Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends to enhance EFG’s rewards programs and total rewards philosophy.

What You’ll Bring:

- Demonstrated experience in compensation & benefits, total rewards, or HR analytics, with a strong background in market benchmarking and incentive design.

- Experience managing global and regional compensation structures.

- Deep understanding of salary surveys, benchmarking methodologies, and HR tech systems (e.g., HiBob, Mercer, Radford).

- Experience optimizing global benefits through market insights and benchmarking.

- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills to interpret compensation data and provide strategic recommendations.

- Proven expertise in pay equity, executive compensation, and benefits program design.

- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leadership.

- Knowledge of HR compliance, tax regulations, and compensation laws in multiple regions.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.

- Fluent in English (spoken & written); additional languages are a plus.

- Willingness to travel occasionally for global compensation projects and team meetings.
