Role Overview Reporting to the IT Infrastructure & Network Manager, you will deliver high-quality technical support to over 250 users across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities Provide IT Helpdesk support for systems including Microsoft 365, VMware, Windows Server, and Windows 10/11. Support and maintain WAN/LAN networks, firewalls, and varied business applications. Ensure best practices for IT security and assist with the Business Continuity Plan. Research, source, and implement innovative software/hardware solutions. Travel between locations and provide occasional out-of-hours support. What Were Looking For IT degree or equivalent, with 1-2 years of experience in IT support or as a computer technician. Strong troubleshooting and communication skills. Knowledge of LAN/WAN networks and IT best practices. Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Why Join Us?
