VHI Are delighted to open their application process for their IT Technology Graduate Programme 2025/2026 Our Goal for our Graduate Programme, is to help our Graduates create, innovate & succeed in growing their careers with Vhi. At Vhi, our two-year Graduate Programme offers you an opportunity to work as part of a dynamic team who will support your development. We will continue to invest in your development by providing you with a structured learning experience throughout your Graduate Programme. You will benefit by receiving a range of supports to help you continue to grow, including a buddy programme, mentorship, and access to senior leadership. We are investing in our technical infrastructure and operating models to enable us to modernise our architecture, providing platforms for the new generation of digitally enabled products and services along with enhancing our speed and agility to market. We are growing our provision of health and wellbeing services, both digitally and in-person, to our customers and patients. We are adapting to the future needs of our customers to ensure we provide them with the experience they desire, and as part of our Graduate Programme, you will have the opportunity to contribute in a meaningful way. Technology Graduate Programme: We are changing our technologies and platforms to provide new capabilities enabling our strategies. Grow your experience within your chosen specialised field to gain exposure, experience and practical application of theoretical principles. Get hands on experience with cutting edge technologies, practising methodologies and be involved in projects: Cloud Engineering Mobile App and Web development API Development Dev Ops including Infrastructure as Code Quality Engineering Application Support IT Security What you will bring to the programme: You are a self-starter who shows initiative and enthusiasm. You good at connecting with people and building lasting relationships. You are curious, with a desire to learn new things and grow your professional capability. You have proven experience of presentation skills; report writing skills and have the ability to multi-task. Degree level technology qualification from a recognised 3rd level institute for technology graduates obtained in the last 2 years. Alignment with the Vhi Values.
