Maintenance Supervisor - Revised Overview We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to support the Maintenance Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of all maintenance activities. This role involves leading a team, managing KPIs, and driving continuous improvement across maintenance functions. Responsibilities Support the Maintenance Manager in day-to-day operations. Lead and coordinate the maintenance team, including rostering, task assignment, and supervision. Apply strong problem-solving skills to resolve technical and operational issues effectively. Track and manage maintenance KPIs (Downtime, Availability, MTTF, etc.) and ensure compliance with SLAs. Monitor drivers of maintenance costs and manage spare parts inventory, hand tools, and equipment. Maintain accurate maintenance logs and verify records. Engage with suppliers and service engineers to organize required works. Oversee training and development of the maintenance team. Criteria Proven experience in a maintenance supervisory role within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong understanding of maintenance KPIs and cost drivers. Excellent leadership and team coordination skills. Ability to manage vendor relationships and service agreements. Competent in record-keeping and reporting. Reward €25+ per hour, depending on experience Full-time permanent contract Rotating start times.
