Job Description:

As Product Delivery Manager at Circit, you will be operating in a business-critical role to ensure delivery & daily upkeep of our feature suite in our market leading global asset verification platform. You will work cross functionally with our Customer Support, Customer Success, Product Management, Design, Development & QA teams. You will ensure the Product team are executing efficiently against their feature plans, delivery project scope to a high degree of quality and customer tickets are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.

This is a broad role and will cover aspects including:

1. Coordinate scrum ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and ensure agile best practices are followed.
2. Collaborate with customer support and success teams to track product-related issues and ensure swift resolutions.
3. Own the end-to-end delivery of product features, ensuring timely releases that meet quality standards.
4. Work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, and Design to translate feature requirements into execution plans.
5. Manage and track product development timelines, identifying and removing blockers to keep teams on schedule.
6. Act as the point person for cross-functional communication, keeping stakeholders informed on delivery progress.
7. Implement and refine delivery metrics (e.g., cycle time, velocity, on-time delivery) to drive efficiency.

Qualifications/Experience:

1. 3-7 years of experience in product delivery, program management, or agile project management within a B2B SaaS environment.
2. Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies with experience leading sprints and managing backlogs.
3. Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps/JIRA, Confluence, or similar agile tools to track development progress.
4. Experience triaging support issues and evaluating trade offs between those issues and longer term product initiatives.
5. Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple teams and manage dependencies across a product lifecycle.
6. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and removing roadblocks.
7. Experience working with engineering teams and understanding technical trade-offs and timelines.
8. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey updates, risks, and priorities to stakeholders.
9. Prior experience in product operations, program management, or technical project management is a plus.

Nice to have:

1. Previous experience in a SaaS startup environment particularly FinTech.
2. Previous experience with ticketing systems such as Intercom.
3. Previous experience with project management tools such as Asana.
