Salary and remuneration

Monthly salary + competitive commission structure.

Expectations From The Role

- Customer Engagement: Understand customer needs and provide tailored mobile and broadband solutions.

- Sales Leadership: Maintain strong individual sales performance while motivating and guiding peers to achieve their targets.

- Mentorship: Act as a go-to person for team members, sharing product knowledge and best practices to uplift team capability.

- Customer Satisfaction: Support in handling escalations or complex customer queries to deliver a best-in-class experience.

- Store Operations: Assist with stock control, administration, and operational tasks that contribute to store efficiency.

- Policy and Product Knowledge: Stay informed on eir’s offerings, promotions, and policies, and help ensure these are shared accurately with the wider team.

Flexibility is key—you’ll be expected to work evenings and weekends in line with store opening hours.

Qualifications

- 1–2 years of experience in retail or customer-facing sales is essential.

- Experience in a peer-support, training, or supervisory capacity is a bonus.
