The Hotel: The newly constructed 421 bedroom, 4 Star Holiday Inn Dublin Airport, is Ireland's newest and largest Branded Hotels. Holiday Inn Hotels is an IHG Hotel. We have a great opportunity for a duty manager to join the team at the Holiday Inn Dublin Airport. We are recruiting an experienced Duty Manager to join our new team. We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly person who genuinely enjoys working in hotels and consistently provides great hospitality to our guests. Objective of the Role The overall role is to act as an Assistant Manager for the Entire Hotel. To represent the Management team across all areas including Food & Beverage and Rooms Division. Duty Manager shifts would include helping in the Outlets and Reception and provide cover for breaks. Dealing with Guests queries and resolving Service issues would be a key part of the role to ensure that all Guests are 100% happy with the Product & Service. Must have previous Hotel experience Skills: Hotel Management Hotel Operations Guest support services Beverage Management Bar Management Benefits: Paid Holidays Parking Clothing Allowance
