Butcher Manager Salary : €36k - €38k Excel Recruitment is currently seeking a Butcher Manager to join our client, a well-established and successful grocery retailer in North Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled butcher with strong leadership ability to take charge of a busy butchery department and play a key role in the store's success. Responsibilities: Oversee the production of fresh meat products to ensure quality and consistency. Prepare, cut, trim, and portion meats to a high standard. Maintain excellent food safety and hygiene practices in line with HACCP regulations. Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and manage stock rotation. Ensure efficient workflow and production schedules are met. Work closely with the team to maintain high production standards and minimise waste. Maintain a clean and organised work environment. Requirements: Previous experience as a butcher in a production or retail environment. Strong knowledge of meat preparation, handling, and food safety regulations. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production setting. Excellent attention to detail and quality control. Strong teamwork and communication skills.
