Key Responsibilities/I measc na ndualgaisí beidh:

- All HR administration/Riaradh ar gach gné d'acmhainní daonna
- Recruitment & retention coordination/Comhordú ar earcú agus caomhnú
- Point-of-contact for all employees/Pointe teagmhála d'fhostaithe
- Training and development coordination/Comhordú ar thraenáil agus ar fhorbairt

Qualifications and Requirements/Cáilíochtaí agus Riachtanais:

- Qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field/Cáilíocht achmhainní daonna, riarachán gnó, nó a mhacasamhail.
- Experience in HR administration or a similar role (at least 3 years)/Taithí 3 bliana.
- Excellent communication and organisational capabilities. Sár-scileanna cumarsáide agus eagrúcháin.
- Office/Oifig: Nemeton, An Rinn, Dún Garbhán, Co. Waterford X35 XD88
- Part-time, three days a week. Páirtaimseartha, 3 lá sa tseachtain.
- Working remote one day p/w after a ’settling in' period. Obair ó bhaile, lá amháin sa tseachtain, tar éis tréimhse socraithe isteach.
