Key Responsibilities: Design and develop electricalservices installations for various sectors, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality projects. Prepare detailed designs, specifications, and technical drawings, utilizing Revit BIM and other design software. Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. Provide technical advice and resolve design challenges as required. Requirements: Bachelor's degree inBuilding Services EngineeringorElectrical Engineering(required). Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical design for hospitals, office blocks and hotels. Proficiency in Revit BIM software (preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Chartered or working towards chartership (preferred).
