The client is well-known for its high standards and commitment to service excellence. Key Duties: Assist the Bar Manager in overseeing all bar operations. Supervise, coach, and motivate bar staff to ensure excellent service standards. Manage stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Support the development and implementation of promotions and events. Assist in budgeting, cost control, and monitoring departmental performance. Deliver a high-quality guest experience consistently. Requirements: Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a bar or hospitality setting. Strong knowledge of bar operations, standards, and best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Living in Ireland with the right to work in ROI. Visa and relocation packages are not provided.
