Candidates must demonstrate appropriate evidence of information technology (IT) skills as relevant to the role. The opening hours of the service are liable to change, depending on service needs. Post- holders must be flexible in terms of working hours to facilitate this. The service may be open 7 days per week. Post-holders will be required to work weekends, as required, to facilitate this. Post-holders may also be required to work overtime as required. Post-holders may be required to attend the service outside of their normal rostered hours to deal with matters requiring urgent attention, as necessary.
