Investment Analyst Dublin 2 - €70,000 - €80,000 Onsite Now THIS is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified, ideally practice trained accountant. Working with a team of like-minded people smart, curious, hardworking and happy to take ownership of tasks. If you are looking for an exciting, growing, real estate investment company, then this could be for you. This role is based on site five days per week. There will be flexibility around times, but realistically to succeed, this is a team role that communicates in-person Responsibilities Full responsibility for a PRS portfolio ensuring all identified strategic goals are delivered Track performance v forecasts, identify variances and solutions to correct issues Proactively contribute to development of asset strategies Oversea & deliver on business plans, keeping them on track and driving them forward Present high quality reporting packs to C-Suite, private investors and shareholders Support due diligence work for potential new acquisitions and assets Requirements Qualified accountant, ideally practice trained with a strong interest in Real Estate or Asset Management Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills are essential This role is unstructured and requires a proactive approach, there will be training, but not hand holding Excellent Excel & PowerPoint needed Remuneration €70,000 - €80,000 depending on experience plus bonus up to 20%.
