Operations Manager – Professional Services - Louth

Are you a natural organiser who thrives on bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to fast-moving teams? We’re looking for an Operations Manager for our client’s business to lead people, processes, and performance in a growing professional services business. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll turn ad-hoc work into smooth, scalable operations — building systems, shaping team culture, and driving delivery excellence every day.

What you’ll do:



Lead and develop a high-performing team — setting clear goals, coaching for success, and fostering accountability.


Build practical playbooks, workflows, and training resources to standardise how work gets done.


Maintain a consistent operating rhythm with structured meetings, clear ownership, and strong follow-through.


Optimise scheduling, delivery, and reporting to improve efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.


Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, marketing, and a network of associates to align priorities and ensure seamless service delivery.




What you’ll bring:



7+ years’ experience in operations or team leadership within a services or professional training environment.


Proven ability to design scalable systems, streamline workflows, and enhance delivery consistency.


Strong people leadership — sets expectations, builds accountability, and supports performance growth.


Commercial mindset, understanding how operations drive profitability and client value.


Tech confidence with CRM/task management tools (e.g. HubSpot) and a data-driven approach to improvement.


Clear communicator who thrives in dynamic, collaborative environments.
