You Are:

You are an experienced software engineer with a passion for building tools that make a real difference. You enjoy problem-solving, collaborating with diverse teams, and have a strong foundation in both development and quality assurance. You quickly learn new technologies, communicate clearly in English, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Design and maintain software tools for the technical writing group.
- Troubleshoot and resolve tool issues.
- Develop and execute automated tests.
- Collaborate with writers and engineers to gather requirements.
- Document code and processes for users.
- Support users with technical guidance and problem resolution.

What You'll Need:

- Bachelor's in Computer Science or Engineering.
- 2+ years coding in Python, C++, Java, or JavaScript.
- Experience with QA and automation tools.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, XML, and Linux.
- Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git) and strong English skills.
