As an Associate Manufacturing Operations Specialist, a typical day might include, but is not limited to, the following: Gathering data from various internal and external sources (including EHS, HR, QC, Finance, QA) for manufacturing operations Compiling the data into charts, spreadsheets and scorecards or other as the need arises Preparing presentations on the compiled data and presents this data; presents at relevant departmental meetings Collating and monitoring all trackers and spreadsheets in relation to headcount resources Participating in Headcount resource planning activities to understand source data and reports Tracking the status of QC testing & QA disposition of batches manufactured in Raheen Assisting managers in the development of continuous improvement culture within manufacturing operations Working with manufacturing management team and other support groups to create and maintain visual management programs for key business metrics Acting as the point of contact for manufacturing data to several cross functional departments such as supply chain, finance, and QA disposition Developing, maintaining and issuing shift rosters and associated material Assisting in the preparation of communications of material for internal use within manufacturing Monitoring and maintaining the material shared via the Manufacturing Intranet/SharePoint (or equivalent) This role might be for you if: You possess logical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills You have excellent analytical, written and oral communication skills You demonstrate an ability to work within a successful team To be considered for this opportunity you should have BS/BA in Science, IT, Computers, Engineering or Communications preferable and 2+ years' relevant experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology or a related industry #REGNIELSM #JOBSIEST Does this sound like you?
