Overview
The Trainee Manager role at Eason Ltd is based in Mahon Point, Cork. This is a full-time position responsible for assisting in the day to day running of the store. Shift hours will be determined as the needs of the business dictate based on a 5 over 7 roster. Full training will be provided.

Responsibilities
The Trainee Manager will work alongside the Store Management Team to help the store achieve its defined KPIs and will contribute to building team motivation and development. The role offers substantial retail management exposure and professional development.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience, with strong leadership and team development skills. They will have knowledge of retail sales operations and a track record of promoting superior customer service through product availability, store presentation and personal service.
