We're excited to announce an incredible opportunity for an experienced and passionate professional to join Verizon as a Procurement Analyst. As a Procurement Analyst with Verizon Services Ireland's Centre of Excellence you'll be working with some of the best professionals in the supply chain field. Right from the start you'll contribute to meaningful projects in the department and will be exposed to a variety of work assignments from different practice areas. Additionally, you will be able to participate in many different kinds of learning experiences. What we're looking for... We are seeking a highly motivated Procurement Analyst to join our growing team. You'll have an eagerness to learn about operational procurement methodologies, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. You are self-driven, great at networking and an absolute team player. You are adaptable and thrive in a changing and dynamic environment and can work with diverse individuals collaboratively. You will also be an excellent relationship builder with good interpersonal skills. You're a motivated self-starter. Never satisfied with the status quo, you're always trying to beat a personal best. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where new challenges come up every day. You are flexible, dependable, and work well in varying environments. Learning quickly is personally rewarding and inspires you to take smart risks. You want to make an impact in your community and your company. You'll need to have: A Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related field. Even better if you have one or more of the following: Master's degree or related work experience. Experience with project management tools, global procurement, and/or contract Management. Analytical, problem solving, communication, negotiation, and influence skills. Experience of developting reports suitable for different audiences at various levels and functions. Experience in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite. Exposure to enterprise software or related enterprise systems (ERP's).
