Supervision: Assist in training and developing junior kitchen staff while ensuring smooth service in your section. Hygiene & Safety: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen while adhering to health and safety standards. Stock Control: Help manage stock, including ordering, rotating, and minimizing waste. Collaboration: Work effectively with the kitchen team to ensure the kitchen operates efficiently, especially during busy service periods. What Were Looking For: Experience: Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role within a high-volume kitchen is preferred. Culinary Skills: Strong understanding of cooking techniques and kitchen operations. Team Player: Ability to work well within a team in a fast-paced environment. Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail in food presentation, portioning, and quality. Positive Attitude: Ability to work under pressure and maintain professionalism during service.
