Your mission FMI are Ireland's largest independent field marketing agency. We work with market leading FMCG brands across several retail channels including Dunnes, Tesco, SuperValu and the convenience sector as well. FMI are currently recruiting for a part-time merchandiser to work for a well-known FMCG and retail brand. Working days and hours - Monday to Saturday 17 hours per week at 13.50€ per hour Store location and Timings: Total hours - 17 hours Rate of Pay - €13.50 Monday Dunnes Roscommon - 7.30am - 8.45am (1 hour 15 min) Tesco Roscommon - Eggs - 8.45am - 9.15am (30 minutes) Milk - 9.15am - 10.15am (1 hour) Tuesday Dunnes Roscommon - 7.30am - 8.45am (1 hour 15 min) Wednesday Dunnes Roscommon - 7.30am - 9.15am (1 hour 45 min) Tesco Roscommon - Eggs - 9.15am - 9.45am (30 minutes) Milk - 9.45am - 10.45am (1 hour) Thursday Dunnes Roscommon - 7.30am - 9.15am (1 hour 45 min) Tesco Roscommon - Eggs - 9.15am - 9.45am (30 minutes) Friday Dunnes Roscommon - 7.30am - 9.30am (2 hours) Tesco Roscommon - Eggs - 9.30am - 10am (30 minutes) Milk - 10am - 11am (1 hour) Saturday Dunnes Roscommon - 7.30am - 9.30am (2 hours) Call back - 3pm - 4pm (1 hour) Tesco Roscommon - Eggs - 9.30am - 10am (30 minutes) Milk - 10am - 11am (1 hour) The Role & Responsibilities: Ensure strict adherence to merchandising guidelines, giving special attention to Planogram compliance and optimizing promotional space. Perform daily tasks related to stock rotation and stock ordering, which may occasionally involve lifting heavy items. Collaborate with field supervisors, store managers, and sales representatives. Receive comprehensive onsite training in merchandising techniques. Access manual handling training resources online. Verify that all products display the correct Shelf Edge Label (SEL) in front of them. Document the changes with before and after photographs. Your profile Requirements: Some merchandising or retail experience is preferable but not essential Excellent communications skills. Polite and professional manner. Good attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be flexible with working days and hours, hardworking and be willing to provide an exceptional service to our client at all times.
