Overview Head of Financial and Regulatory Reporting at Elavon Europe. The Head of Financial and Regulatory Reporting is responsible for the financial and regulatory reporting activities of our fund administration operations in Dublin. The ideal candidate will have over a decade of relevant experience, capable of managing both local and remote teams. The role requires leading by example, ensuring compliance with HR and business policies for self and team, and driving process improvements and technology enhancement opportunities. Excellent communication and inter-personal skills, proactivity, and high attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

Oversees the preparation, review and quality control of pro-forma, interim, quarterly and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS and various GAAP standards; ensures adherence to regulatory reporting requirements and timelines (Annex IV, CPO-PQR, Form PF, MMIF, SPV returns, and others); drives process and technology improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in reporting; derives and implements metrics to evidence process improvements and technology enhancements; acts as lead on internal audits, due diligence reviews and sales RFPs/presentations.

Technical Competencies

In-depth knowledge of IFRS and GAAP standards

Familiarity with regulatory reporting requirements including Annex IV, CPO-PQR, Form PF, MMIF, SPV returns, etc.

Experience using Advent Geneva and Confluence preferred

Experience working with or leading offshore teams preferable

Qualifications

Qualified accountant (ACA or ACCA)

Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in financial and regulatory reporting

Proven experience in managing people
